What is the primary purpose of your business? 

To provide professional videography and media production services for weddings, real estate listings, business promotions, social media advertisement and special events.

What is the business background of the owners? 

Engineering is my profession, and I do videography and media production services as a passionate hobby that has turned into as a side business. I have always enjoyed learning about new camera technologies as a tool to capture the beauty of God’s work. 2017 was a fun year as I was fortunate enough to have some of my work shown on local TV networks including HGTV, GPB and ESPN.

Why did you start (or purchase) this particular business? 

It is a passion of mine to create professional videos using unique and creative techniques that make the viewer feel as if they are emotionally connected.

What makes your business unique? 

The driving force behind my videography work is to capture the essence of details from all angles, including aerial and ground footage that photography is limited to. Additionally, The camera equipment I use produces stabilized footage in ultra high definition 4K resolutions.

What do you enjoy most about your chosen profession? 

The freedom of creativity and having fun along the way.

What has been the biggest or most interesting challenge to overcome as a small business owner?

Marketing can be a challenge for a small business. Since I can help other small businesses gain more attention through business advertisement including social media ads, it is always fun to hear their feedback about the amount of attention they gain. Initially, it is difficult to show the customer that video marketing is an extremely beneficial and engaging tool that is proven to get more attention on their business and broaden the customer range.

I’m an FAA Certified Licensed Drone Pilot. Also, I’ve partnered with the local Comcast Xfinity representative and can provide business commercials to be played on local TV networks. This has been very successful for local businesses and they have expressed how happy they were with the amount of new customers they have received.
